- Guests are required to comply with the rules & regulations and follow all directions and instructions.
- Use of all rides and attractions is at the guests own risk. Gravity Code management takes no responsibility for personal injury, injury to others, damage to personal equipment or clothing and as well as lost or stolen belongings.
- Gravity Code management reserves the right to refuse entry or request to leave any guests to protect the safety and security of other guests and staff, an explanation for refusal or leaving is not mandatory. Such decisions will be made by Gravity Code based on its sole and absolute judgment, refunds will be determined at Gravity Code discretion.
- Minimum age 6 years old and maximum weight for safety is 120Kg.
- All Trampoline sessions begin at the start of every hour
- No bare foot playing is allowed in the park, 110cm is the min. height for Trampoline area, and 120cm for the Ninja area.
- Guests who are pregnant or with an existing medical condition which may affect their safety in Gravity Code are requested to seek proper medical advice before visiting Gravity Code. Any use by such guests will be entirely at their own risk, without any liability devolving on Gravity Code.
- Certain rides and attractions carry height and weight restrictions, more information can be found inside the facility at each individual location.
- Drinking and eating is only permitted at the Food & Beverage designated area, personal food and beverage items may not be brought into Gravity Code.
- In cases deemed necessary Gravity Code may involve Police Authorities.
- Queue systems may operate at some rides; queue jumping is not permitted and may result in eviction from the facility.
- Gravity Code management reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Smoking is prohibited within the premises.
- All guests are required to take care of their smart-wristbands.
- Safety Lockers are available upon request by the guests from the ticketing counter.
- For your safety and security Gravity Code is monitored by CCTV cameras.
- Please follow the oral and written instructions and directions and make it an enjoyable experience for yourself and other visitors while you are at Gravity Code.

- Height from 90 cm to 105 cm
- The parent or nanny is NOT allowed to enter the playing area
- Must arrive before the time starts
- Must make sure that the child uses the bathroom before entering the kids area to avoid paying the cleaning fee
- The staff are NOT allowed to take the child to the bathroom during his/her time at the kids area
- Bringing food inside the playing area is NOT allowed
- Parent must arrive to pick up the child 5 minutes before the time is over to avoid paying an extra hour due to exceeding the reserved time
- Keep the payment receipt to pick up the child after the time is over
- Must inform the staff of any health condition related to the child
